東山棧甕缸雞店門口就可以看到滿滿的龍眼木,之前只有吃過用龍眼木燻烤的牛排,
(如:松山意舍QUE原木燒烤餐廳、棧F-U KITCHEN)

若是餐廳附設停車場滿了,餐廳正前方或右邊也都還有大型收費停車場喔!

為了避開人潮,我們特別選了平日中午來東山棧甕缸雞用餐,
沒想到還是這麼多人,一樓已經完全客滿,
東山棧甕缸雞人氣就是這麼旺,還好餐廳夠大還有二樓座位區。

東山棧甕缸雞都是嚴選純正黑羽土雞,每天新鮮現烤近一小時,
不用添加過多的調味料,讓旅人們不僅能吃得安全、也才能吃到雞肉的原汁原味!

最初東山棧甕缸雞老闆將桶仔雞研發改良,把鐵桶更換為保溫度更好的甕缸,
再搭配龍眼木燻烤,讓烤出來的甕缸雞雞皮超薄脆,
裡面的雞肉卻依然軟嫩多汁,不像其他家有些雞肉吃起來都會柴柴的。

東山棧甕缸雞的雞油麵線同樣讓人難忘,
除了口感Q彈之外,拌入了大量雞油以及蒜頭,
所以吃起來香氣四溢,會讓人忍不住一口接一口,
尤其如果跟Livia一樣愛吃蒜的,他們家的蒜很夠味,
你們會愛死這道的~
