比屋馬燒肉更厲害、更美味的台中日式燒肉-燒肉風間Kazama,9A級和牛頂尖滋味好銷魂,

說起台中的美食餐廳,相信不少人第一指名就是當紅的屋馬燒肉,
但這次來台中,Livia卻吃到一間私心覺得比屋馬更厲害的燒肉風間Kazama!
不僅裝潢大器、服務周到、套餐份量大,重要的是選用的牛肉品質超優,
不是使用美國1855安格斯黑牛Prime級,就是頂尖9A級澳洲和牛,
不少老饕吃過都讚不絕口,挑嘴的我們吃完也是激推不已~
燒肉風間Kazama就位在台中第一美食戰場-公益路上,雖然招牌不明顯,
但是一整棟深色建築配上哈利波特學院旗幟,頗有特色。

燒肉風間Kazama內部佈置的有如哈利波特魔法學校一般,不僅入口處的小黑板掛了個巫師帽,

因為燒肉風間Kazama出菜前都有先做過輕調味,所以其實只需要簡單的佐料提味,

除了配好的套餐之外,也可以自由依喜好單點,
如果不想吃太多、或是覺得套餐內容不完全是自己想吃的,單點的品項也多達40多道,
像我們這次就是選擇單點方式,因為想吃比較多肉不想吃太多海鮮,
最後我們這樣單點吃下來與套餐價格其實差不多多,且每一樣都是我們想吃的~

生菜新鮮又清爽,配上酸酸甜甜的聖女小蕃茄、柚子醋本身微酸的口感,

奶油啤酒分為有酒精和無酒精兩種,上層是夾帶著鹹味的打發鮮奶油,
下方則是黑麥啤酒或沙士,滿好喝的,算是燒肉風間Kazama必點招牌之一唷!

和牛三品由左至右分別是:和牛牛小排、骰子牛、肋間肉,
光是看它表面細緻如大理石般的花紋,就讓人垂涎三尺了,
雖然一盤不便宜,但其實份量也不會很少呢!

不用烤到太熟,真的不愧是9A級和牛,入口後的油花香氣與細嫩口感,超級銷魂!
且因為我們同時也有點安格斯牛肉,所以很明顯可以吃出其中差異,
建議可以先吃安格斯牛再吃和牛,不然安格斯牛真的會吃到索然無味呀~

1855可是被美國評為極佳等級穀飼牛,有牛肉界中的LV之稱,
吃起來不僅油脂均勻、口感軟嫩,更棒的是還帶著豐盈咬勁,
不會過於油膩,是許多老饕的心頭好!

切割羽下肉其實就是牛肋骨第一至第五節間,屬於「肩胛部」中的精華部位,
因為比較難烤,所以店員會主動幫忙烤,以免我們毀了這盤美味~
羽下也是我們今天覺得最好吃的牛肉之一,風間的羽下肉使用的是獨門切肉技術,
精算過的厚度讓牛肉口感特別紮實、飽滿,吃起來油花均勻,且肉質結實,
但卻不會太過生硬,尤其服務員也有幫忙切成一口大小,非常容易入口。

值得一提的是燒肉風間Kazama的桌邊服務真的不錯,即使店家滿座還是會主動幫客人照顧烤肉,
就算是不太會烤肉的也不用擔心,還是能吃到熟度適中、香氣四溢的烤肉!
且烤網也換得非常勤快,也會主動幫忙清理桌面。

如果不想吃太多、或是覺得套餐內容不完全是自己想吃的,單點的品項也多達40多道,
像我們這次就是選擇單點方式,因為想吃比較多肉不想吃太多海鮮,

和牛三品由左至右分別是:和牛牛小排、骰子牛、肋間肉,
光是看它表面細緻如大理石般的花紋,就讓人垂涎三尺了,
雖然一盤不便宜,但其實份量也不會很少呢!

不用烤到太熟,真的不愧是9A級和牛,入口後的油花香氣與細嫩口感,超級銷魂!
且因為我們同時也有點安格斯牛肉,所以很明顯可以吃出其中差異,
建議可以先吃安格斯牛再吃和牛,不然安格斯牛真的會吃到索然無味呀~

切割羽下肉其實就是牛肋骨第一至第五節間,屬於「肩胛部」中的精華部位,
因為比較難烤,所以店員會主動幫忙烤,以免我們毀了這盤美味~
羽下也是我們今天覺得最好吃的牛肉之一,風間的羽下肉使用的是獨門切肉技術,
精算過的厚度讓牛肉口感特別紮實、飽滿,吃起來油花均勻,且肉質結實,
但卻不會太過生硬,尤其服務員也有幫忙切成一口大小,非常容易入口。

今天這一餐吃下來非常過癮,尤其9A澳洲和牛的好滋味讓人吃完口齒餘香,
1885美國牛肉也是油花均勻又帶有口感,肉質絕對優良沒話說,
燒肉風間Kazama桌邊服務也是貼心又週到,會讓人吃過就想一再回訪的好店~
