在台北小有名氣的平成十九,不僅平價、美味,濃濃的日式風味更讓人深深著迷,

位在台北捷運運中山站1號出口,由木瓜牛奶大王旁第二條巷子轉進,
就能看見這間充滿濃濃日式風味的小店面,左上方白色的招牌上寫著:平成十九。
平成十九,顧名思義指的是在平成十九年時成立,也就是西元2007年,
不大的空間卻透出濃濃的日式風味,門前也早已排滿了等著大啖美食的饕客們!

平成十九門口貼了一張巨大的菜單,讓旅人們可以趁著排隊等候的時候就先想好要品嘗哪些料理,
可以看出價格並不貴,約落在200~300之間,幾乎都有附白飯、配菜、味增湯,
而且可以免費加飯加湯一次。

接著最特別的地方就是這台點菜機器了,其實有去過日本的旅人們應該都知道這種機器,
在日本很常見,但在台灣還真的很少見!
它其實就是代替了收銀員的工作,點選自己要的餐點後付款,
再將它吐出來的點菜單交給服務人員就行了。

牛五花燒肉餐 NT. 170 元
薄薄的牛肉片約莫四五片左右,雖然份量不算太多,
但每一塊牛肉都經過了恰到好處的燒烤與調味,嚐起來肉質相當不錯,有讓小米驚艷於它的美味,
不僅有別於一般牛肉的乾柴,加上嘟嘟好的肥瘦比,就連那還未熟透的淡淡粉色還隱約可見!

平成十九最火紅的人氣餐點,
滿滿一碗醋飯,上面蓋上滿滿的鮪魚泥,中間搭配生蛋黃與翠綠的蔥花,光看就讓人垂涎三尺!

不過~要想吃出它最真的美味,可是有小撇步的喔!
首先先將醬油倒進桌上的小碟子,依照個人喜好調配適當的芥末跟醬油,
將攪拌好的醬油直接淋在鮪魚與生蛋上,最後把蛋黃與鮪魚攪拌在一起,就可以開動啦!
這邊要提醒旅人們,注意不要將鮪魚肉和醋飯拌在一起,
因為這樣會使魚肉散開,就比較吃不出鮪魚本身的鮮甜味囉!
