日本必吃的炸牛排名店京都勝牛京站店新開幕~以180度高溫快炸60秒,將外層炸到酥脆金黃,
內層牛肉還是玫紅色3分熟,沾上半熟蛋黃液更是滑順香甜,人氣NO.1!
在日本頗負盛名的炸牛排名店-京都勝牛在台灣開新分店啦,
之前每次去日本自由行都一定要排隊吃的美食,
現在在台灣開設越來越多分店了,先是首家台灣分店落腳在新光三越信義店A11,
緊接著04/30京都勝牛3號店也在台北京站盛大開幕啦!
店面就在京站B3美食街旁,交通非常方便,搭捷運台鐵高鐵都能到哈~

因為京都勝牛香噴噴的炸牛排其實單吃就很好吃啦!

京都勝牛炸牛排最大的特色,就是以180度的高溫快炸60秒,
將外層的麵衣炸到金黃酥脆,但內裡牛肉卻還是玫紅色的3分熟度,
京都勝牛台灣分店將日式炸牛排原汁原味帶到台灣,
餐點超多元,除了炸牛排之外也有豬排、雞排可以選,
此外也引進日本的經典菜色像是「元祖炸牛排」、「和式牛醬丼」、「日式牛排炸串」,
另外還加入台灣獨家限定的澳洲「極上和牛」。

店內推薦必點的招牌就是這京都勝牛三味啦!
一此就可吃到3種不同部位的炸牛排,滿足又過癮,
這三種分別是「炸翼板」、「厚切菲力」、「薄切牛醬」,
除了主餐炸牛排之外,旁邊還有附上醬料、漬菜、生菜、味噌湯和越光米麥飯,
其中白飯、高麗菜絲、味噌湯吃完都可以續加唷。

這可是師傅選用美國翼板牛肉,以180度高溫快炸60秒,
起鍋後再靜置至少60秒才算完成~
因為是厚切所以吃起來口感比較厚實一些,建議可沾咖哩醬超絕配。
