一走進壽喜燒一丁店內,一致的黑色調讓整間餐廳看似如此深沉又不失神祕感,
門口櫃台旁就是大大的切肉機展示,讓旅人們知道肉片都是現切的,下方還會有今日肉品提供清單。

嫩肩里肌應該是吃起來肉質最軟嫩的,但 Livia 自己還是私心喜歡 choice 卡路比,
肉片在鍋中稍微涮一下就可食用,瞧那鮮紅色與雪白的油花慢慢轉為粉色、白色,
吸飽了湯汁後將肉片放入碗中,搭配香濃滑溜的蛋液,真的鮮嫩又好吃!

吃一陣子後壽喜燒一丁的特色附食-古早味光餅就上桌囉!
其實有點像是 Livia 之前去馬祖時吃的繼光餅只是中間少了個洞
(【芹壁休閒渡假村】馬祖北竿旅遊/玩北竿必住的首選民宿),
剛上桌時有先將光餅烤得又香又酥脆,建議旅人們要趁熱吃不然冷掉吃就變硬了,
可以將光餅夾上好吃的牛肉片,再搭配蜂蜜、芥末、生洋蔥...等,
也是第一次看到壽喜燒有這種吃法,滿新奇特別的,加起來一起入口風味不錯,
不過因為都是澱粉所以建議旅人們可以不用整個吃完,還是要留一些胃給肉片們的哈!

吃一陣子後壽喜燒一丁的特色附食-古早味光餅就上桌囉!
其實有點像是 Livia 之前去馬祖時吃的繼光餅只是中間少了個洞

剛上桌時有先將光餅烤得又香又酥脆,建議旅人們要趁熱吃不然冷掉吃就變硬了,
可以將光餅夾上好吃的牛肉片,再搭配蜂蜜、芥末、生洋蔥...等,
也是第一次看到壽喜燒有這種吃法,滿新奇特別的,加起來一起入口風味不錯,
不過因為都是澱粉所以建議旅人們可以不用整個吃完,還是要留一些胃給肉片們的哈!

一人一份的土瓶鮮湯,湯頭非常清甜,可以喝到蛤蜊的鮮味,且裡面還真的有不小的蛤蜊,
